Scotland's Pilot Albacore Tuna Project

Intrafish reports that scientists from Stirling and Strathclyde are studying methods of breeding and harvesting albacore tuna on a commercial scale. The $372,000 pilot project in Fort William, Scotland, led by Oceanic Tuna, may set the stage for a farm to open as early as 2011.
